Built of local stone with a mix of late Georgian and Victorian colonial architectural features, the Old Rectory is listed by the National Trust of Victoria.

Following recent renovations the house now offers exceptional accommodation in three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The Old Rectory also offers a library, a casual living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen: an inner hall can also be used for more formal dining if required.

Furnishings, light fittings and art work are a mix of antique and contemporary. The house has Wi Fi, hydronic heating and air-conditioning throughout.

There is off-street parking for three cars.

Facilities include:

Three beautifully furnished bedrooms with Bose sound systems, quality beds with pure cotton sheets and feather and down quilts and pillows. The ensuite bathrooms feature marble wall tiles, English tapware, heated towel rails, unobtrusive night lighting and Penhaligon toiletries.

The Caroline Chisholm bedroom has a king size bed and views onto the north lawn. French doors open onto the eastern verandah and parterre garden, whilst the ensuite bathroom has double vanities and twin showers.

The Thomas Walker bedroom has southerly views from both the bedroom and bathroom; the bathroom has a single shower and vanity and direct access to the garden. The bedroom offers either a king size bed or two long single beds.

The David Unaipon bedroom has a queen size bed and views onto the fernery to the west of the house: the ensuite bathroom has a single shower and vanity.

The library is equipped with a television, Foxtel, DVD, CD player and Bose sound system, with direct access via French doors to the parterre garden and southerly views of the lych gate garden.

The living room has facilities to relax and dine and features a Bose sound system and television. Located next to the kitchen, the living room has garden views and direct access to the north lawn and outdoor dining area.

The Inner hall can be converted to an intimate formal dining space if required.

The kitchen is equipped with a Miele oven and induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker and chilled water, French Mauviel cookware and Spode Italian Blue china.
