Kyneton Old Rectory is only available as a whole-house rental. Bedrooms cannot be booked individually.

 

Sunday night to Thursday night: $1000 a night with minimum two night stay; three night minimum on long weekends and public holidays.

Friday night and Saturday night: $1500 a night with minimum two night stay; three night minimum on long weekends and public holidays.

 

Check-in is 3.00pm, check-out 11.00am

 

The rate includes exclusive use of the house and garden for the duration of the stay. 

 

The house sleeps a maximum of six adult guests in three bedrooms: one bedroom can be converted to two twin beds. 

 

All guests must be at least eighteen years of age.

 

No smoking is allowed inside the house and the property is not suitable for pets.

 

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment in full: names and contact details of all guests must also be provided at the time of booking (this is a regulatory requirement). 

 

In case of cancellation, refunds will only be made if the property is let to alternative tenants, with any difference in the rate being subtracted from the amount refunded.

 

All payments are currently by Electronic Fund Transfer: credit card facilities for MasterCard, Visa and American Express will be available shortly.
